Overcoming Anxiety


Whether it’s a fear of abandonment, failure, success, love, public speaking, or anything else that comes to mind—in all of these cases, the process starts with identifying the underlying reason or reasons that trigger our fear.
Once we identify the cause and pinpoint the exact moment in time that created it, the goal is to move forwardnot to dwell on the same emotions or get stuck in endless coaching sessions, but quite the opposite.

And yes, it may be intense at times.
